Downloaded realtek driver not showing up

I'm not using HDMI so it's not what I'm looking for. Windows support told me to re-install the Realtek drivers from my computer's manufacturer, but I've recovered the drivers for the Realtek device through Acer's Recovery Manager and re-installed them. My sound still doesn't work. For good measure I uninstalled and re-installed the drivers

HI i turned my computer on one day to find out my speakers did not work looking farther into this issue i found that my realtek audio drivers are not working and when i try to update them they say they are up to date. i have tried multiple things other people have told me to do including uninstalling and reinstalling, going to device manager and updating drivers, troubleshooting (although this did nothing since realtek didn't even show up), iv tried uninstalling in device manager and

Open up device manager and try to locate the Dolby driver and roll it back if you can. Otherwise restore back to your last restore point and manually select your updates but do not select the Dolby driver update and hide that update so your computer won't show it as an option again.

So no workaround :( I googled around some more and found an audio control app by Realtek in Microsoft appstore which has an ok equalizer and it requires some "specific" driver to work.
